CMR Ltd. is a 100% subsidiary of CMR Holding and the investment vehicle for investments in innovative technology companies. The focus here is on high-tech companies with the latest technology and a particular growth factor, especially photonics, nanotechnology and robotics.

CMR Management is the management vehicle of CMR Holding to manage the portfolio companies in a targeted manner, and to further develop them accordingly. CMR Management Ltd. has management capacities with many years of international experience in a wide variety of industries.

This is done via the company vehicles CMR Holding, CMR Ltd. and CMR Management Ltd., whereby CMR aims to acquire a majority stake in the respective companies, or a minority stake if necessary. We are prepared to make new capital available to the target companies in an unbureaucratic manner.
